Our Standard Terms of Business explain the general terms that apply when Ministry of Tech provides goods, services, proposals, quotations, installation work, managed services or other professional services.
They are intended to clearly set out the responsibilities of both Ministry of Tech and our customers, including matters such as quotations, payment terms, delivery, warranties, intellectual property, privacy, cybersecurity, dispute resolution and other general conditions.
These Terms form part of every quotation, proposal and agreement issued by Ministry of Tech unless expressly varied in writing.
